Kayla Dillard Nutrition operates on a private-pay basis to ensure you receive highly personalized care without insurance restrictions. While we do not accept insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that cancer treatment schedules and medical circumstances can change unexpectedly. To accommodate these circumstances while protecting reserved appointment time, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time are not subject to a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. If cancellation is needed within 24 hours of the appointment, please email hello@kayladillardnutrition.com rather than canceling through the client portal.

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at any time through the client portal. Rescheduling requests made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment start time are not subject to a fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before the appointment start time are subject to a $50 late rescheduling fee.

• No-Shows: If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full scheduled visit fee will apply.

Medical Emergencies: Unexpected medical circumstances, particularly those related to cancer treatment, will be reviewed compassionately on a case-by-case basis. Applicable fees may be waived at the practitioner's discretion.
